Choice of colors or combinations can be very difficult for some. We bring several colors samples into your properties lighting in selecting the best match for the properties features in selling in today’s market.
The color only consultation is an excellent option for our client just needs help with color selection. Style with a Smile, LLC will do a thorough walk-through and evaluate the complete exterior and interior of the property with all parties together. We will provide recommendations on what colors match the space correctly in attacking potential buyers or renters. We can just anywhere from just one room to whole property inside and out. We highly encourage taking notes for this invaluable information at the time of the appointment.

This staging consultation is an excellent option for our budget minded property owners. Style with a Smile, LLC will do a thorough walk-through and evaluate the complete exterior and interior of the property with all sellers together. We will provide ASP Professional Staging® recommendations on what is necessary to prepare your residential or small commercial properties for sale. Our staging recommendations may include everything in or on the property that needs repairing, replacing, updating, cleaning or needs to be removed. All property owners are highly encouraged to be present and take notes during this consultation to capture the valuable information offered in getting it SOLD or RENTED today!
#2 Extensive Home/Office Staging Consultations (Written)
This exclusive home or office staging consultation is a walk-through evaluation in which we review the exterior and interior of your property. This process can take from 1-4 hours, depending on the size and condition of the home or office. Taking in account the needs and timeline.
Style with a Smile, LLC will be beginning at the curb then complete a room by room analysis of the properties strengths and weaknesses. With the all properties owner’s permission, we take several digital photos, detailed notes and measurements.
This includes our suggestions for improvement may include repairs, wall color assessment, furniture placement and accessory recommendations in writing as well as de-cluttering and organizing recommendations provided at the second meeting. This option is best for the sellers who wish to do the preparation work themselves.
