What is Home Staging to Sell Your Home? |
Home Staging is professionally preparing your home for the sales market, so that it appeals to the most amount of buyers and generates the highest price in the least amount of time on the market.
Staged homes traditionally present themselves better than the competition by being clean, clutter-free and ready to show to prospective buyers.
What Home Staging to Sell is Not? Decorating, Fluffing, Interior Design,or Redesign
Home Staging to Sell Is…
• De-tailing
• De-cluttering
• De-personalizing
• Preparing a seller’s house to give a “model” home appearance so the potential buyer can “see themselves living in the home.” Thereby selling your House for top dollar.
Why Should You sell a Staged Home?
A Staged Home will look better than competing homes for sale.
Staged Homes are recognized by other real estate agents as properties ready to sell. They are more likely to show your home to potential buyers because they appeal to a broader range of potential buyers.
Buyers and Building Inspectors view Staged Homes as well cared for properties. Appraisers are more likely to appraise Staged Homes at full value.
Staged Homes qualify for special promotional materials including street signs and print material designations – allowing your home to be marketed to more potential buyers.
Your home will be listed on Stagedhomes.com for no additional charge to you or your realtor.
We believe all homes, no matter the price value can be staged to feature it's benefits. You as the seller only have 2 controls in the selling field... the price which your realtor will work with you on and how the house presents itself. Your personal home stager will assist you in this process.
Everyone always asks, how much does this cost? The investment in staging your home will always be less than your first price reduction. This means more money to you at closing and a faster turn around for you to move onto the next chapter in your life.

Home Staging to Live... |
Home Staging to Live is personalizing your house and making it your new home. This is done by using as much of your current items and re-arranging them to maximize the living space in your home. It may also include adding new accessories and furniture to work in your new home. I can assist you with personal shopping in some of my favorite Houston locations along with dressing your windows with fun window treatments to make your house a home.

Why Use an ASPM (Master) Home Stager? |
ASPM Home Stagers are personally trained by Barb Schwarz, the creator of the Home Staging Movement. Barb began as a realtor back in the 1970's. As she was trying to differentiate her properties from others on the market, she came up with the idea to stage them to feature their benefits and de-emphasize the quirks in the home. In this way she realized she was assisting potential buyers in being able to see themselves living in the home. Our goal is to move people from interviewing potential homes on the internet to making a date with them through visiting the house with their realtor. Then we want them to connect and move onto the engagement stage of moving their family and possessions into the home, closing with a happy new marriage. |

How Do We Work Together? |
I am flexible in my services, and because of being a member of the Greater Houston Chapter of IAHSP, I work with many other ASP stagers to meet your needs.
The first step is a phone consultation where I will collect the details on your house. This is usually followed by an Exclusive Detailed Report – your road map to what needs to be done to Stage your house. You can implement it all or have me come and do a portion. I can do as little or as much as you, the seller needs. I do like to come back and do “fine tuning” – help accessorize counters, bathrooms, and dress up the house with accessories if needed.
After your house is staged to sell, I do like to pop back in every 2 weeks or so to give you a quick refreshing and see how you are doing while your house is on the sales market. |
