Accredited Staging Professional Master® Ready to Serve You!
As Minnesota's ONLY ASPMaster® Stager, my number one GOAL is to work as a TEAM with Sellers & Agents to GET YOUR PROPERTY SOLD!
Staging is your KEY tool in today's Real Estate Market! I will work with your Realtor to form a cohesive team! National Stastics point out that 95% of ASP® Staged homes sell in 11 days versus 95 days or more for non-ASP® Staged homes.
The Benefits of having an ASPMaster® on your team!
    1. Faster Sales Time - Reduce Time on Market
    2. Best Sales Price
    3. Professional Image - Staged homes look better in print and internet advertising
    4. Great Market Differentiator
    5. Distinct Marketing Advantage over non-Staged® homes
    6. Attracts a BROADER RANGE of Buyers as Staged® Homes are more appealing and are recognized as the best properties to see
    7. Buyers view Staged® Homes as well cared for properties
    8. Building Inspectors view Staged® Homes as cared for Properties
    9. Appraisers are more likely to appraise Staged® Homes at Full Value
    10. Tax Advantages - Staging may be tax deductible as a service done to specifically prepare your home for sale.

With all the associated costs involved, mortgage payments, utility bills, maintenance fees, property taxes - they all add up!

CAN YOU AFFORD A PRICE REDUCTION? That's what happens if it's not selling quickly enough. Staging is a modest investment to help expedite the sale of your home and increase your profit. Your investment in Staging is ALWAYS less than a price reduction!
I work in Steps, and I don't got to the next step until the one before it is completed!
STEP 1: Initial Visit
I first meet with the sellers at their home and preview each room, making notes and taking photos. Together we determine whether the seller is prepared to do the Staging work themselves, (receiving a Consultation Report) or whether I will Stage the property (receiving a bid for a Staging Project).
STEP 2: Second meeting.
Review either the Consultation Report or Bid for Staging Project. As soon as we are ready to go to work together as a team, we signed the agreement, a Staging day will be scheduled, coordinating with the Realtor's projected Listing Date.
STEP 3: Staging Day
This is the day where your home will be staged and final "After" photos will be taken to be utilized by your Realtor when listed.
STEP 4: De-Staging
When your closing has been completed, I will remove all Staging items from the property, if applicable.

What is an ASPM

If the outside is not staged, you'll never get a buyer in the door!

Now, after staging this entry says "Welcome, please come in!"

Too much furniture detract from the beauty of this home....

An ASPM® Staged Great Room that says WOW!
