I have had nothing but positive comments on the staging.  I had an open house on Saturday and Sunday, as well as the broker preview on Tuesday.  One agent brought some clients in on Tuesday and said that it was the best staging he had ever seen.  Another agent said that she was going to get a condo listing in the next month or so, and she is going to call you.  Several other agents took our card...all were impressed.  I think you have a winner of a business!!!  Hopefully, we will get an offer soon. It will be open again this week-end.  I'll keep you posted....

You and Dan are two exceptionally gifted individuals who take tremendous care and thought in decorating a home.  Karen asks questions that allow her to grasp a full understanding of the sellers' expectations and desires. 

She possesses meticulaous attention to detail and executes professionalism and sophistication in her decorating style.  Her suggestions are very helpful and encourage the seller to make the most of the property's value and its investment.  I appreciate all of the time and energy she and Dan expended staging my property for sale.
