SOLD IN 18 DAYS!!! This home actually took about 6 weeks to prep before Staging. I worked w owners to pack up and de-clutter for 2 weeks. The basement was packed to the ceiling and we created a whole living floor afterward, with a living area, office and laundry area. A handyman then came in for about 4 weeks and painted, finished projects, drywalled the back porch and basement, painted all kitchen cabs w new knobs, new SS appliances, and we literally transformed the whole house top to bottom. I worked with their furnishings mostly, but I then shopped for the owner for some new items, and then brought in a lot of my own props and accessories. It took me 5 days to Stage 3 levels after the 6 wk prep. It was a lot of hard work for the owners, but they got a contract 18 days after going to market and sold within 3% of their list price in a down market! AND we had priced above our competition knowing we had added a lot more value with our prep and Staging efforts!
