The client here is a builder/Developer that built this home for Sale. His family moved in while he was finishing the project. When they hired me to Stage they only had 3 beds and 2 sofas, one sofa chair and a couple dining tables. This was a HUGE house, 6 bed/4.1 bath home. The owner hired me to Shop with her, and then together we Staged the home. We were under a tight budget, but we found a lot of bang for their buck thanks to my queen of cheap shopping savvy! This little thing called an economic crisis hit about 3 days after we came to market! So alas, this did take us a few months to sell. But the owners finally did sell, and at a good price. They are also now the happy owners of a lot of fabulous accessories, wall art, mirrors, bedding, etc and some new furniture too!
