Staged Property Comments & Details:
1. I had a Lic. contactor to build the covered patio.
2. Removed the Grass and poured stained concrete. We used Brown stain.
2. To create privacy I recommended the rock walls.
3. I then found this furniture that I rehabilitated back to life. I used white spray paint and bought new covers.
4. The new living outdoor area was very large and i saw the urgency to create several private areas as you can see in the picture. I used 2 separate size carpets to separate the areas.
To bring it all together I used color, fabrics and plants. Whala! |
