When I met with the owner of the property, her goal was to bring the outside in and she needed more storage and sleeping accommodations in the unit.
We started with the owner's beautiful art work and then went into conditions of the unit. We removed the popcorn ceilings. I recommended that she paint with the approved staging colors of cream with the east walls straw harvest. We added storage cabinets to the dining area and covered the tile floors with natural tropical area mats. We did the same thing on the oceanside lanai which made it seem like one enormous space from the front outside entry all the way through to the spacious lanai with beautiful ocean views. We created two additional sleeping areas in this 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment and added a splash of red for appeal. |
