Senger
I
was originally born in England and I am now living in Woodinville,
Washington. Whilst in England I worked for the largest food distributor
in the U.K. serving the catering industry that included hotels,
restaurants, fast food outlets, and contract caterers. When I left
for America I was responsible for over $200 million dollars of sales
per year. My client's expectations of both me and my company were
extremely high and service was of paramount importance and it was
the company's philosophy of "Customer First" which has given me
my high level of customer service.
It
was an ambition of mine to run my own business so coming to America
gave me this opportunity. I have always had a love of Real Estate
so coupled with my sales and marketing background launched myself
into Real Estate and I must say that I have enjoyed every minute
of my new career.
My
first listing sold for $1.250 million and was also my first initiation
into staging. I hired a professional Stager who advised the client
on what to keep and what to remove. I was hooked and every listing
since has been staged which has netted my client more money in a
shorter listing time and has then guaranteed me more work through
their recommendations, referrals and endorsement.
I
wanted to add more value to my service so I took Barb's Staging
Class and although I still use the services of professional Stagers,
Jen & Krystal of Staged by Design, I am more knowledgeable and
work with them as part of the team to stage the client's home. I
offer this service at no cost to my clients in fact it is "my professional
policy" that every house that I list is staged or my name will not
be on the for sale sign.
My
goal is to build a reputation with both clients and other Realtors
as having well presented homes for sale and being professional to
work with as only our perception of what is possible can limit our
success.

I
have been Staging for many years, only recently can I be considered
a Professional at it! My background began as Director of Music for
12 years. I then began my instruction in Floral Design and had my
own Floral Business, and have been doing that for over 20 years
now! I later went into the Marketing field, working for one of the
top Engineering firms in town and was a member of SMPS, the Society
for Marketing Professional Services. One thing led to another, and
I began working in Interior Design about 5 years ago with one of
the top designers in town. I loved working in Design, especially
with color, fabrics, one on one with clients, and the creative aspect
of beautifying one's home. It wasn't until I put my house up for
sale last year that I discovered Professional Staging, and I knew
right away that I had found my niche!
I
received my Accredited Staging Professional Master's degree through
StagedHomes.com, and have launched my own business Northwest Staging
in West Linn! I also received my accreditation as a Interior Redesign
Specialist (IRS) and provide Re-design services as a secondary service
to my Staging. I am pleased to say that my business is going well,
I have (4) employees already, and anticipate a booming business
this year, especially as I am President and Founder of the Portland
Chapter of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals.

Laura Jenkins,
ASP Realtor
Locally grown, born on Mercer Island, I've watched our little PNW
area explode into the metropolis it is today. With a lifelong love
of art, design, color, texture, and the exploration of ideas, my
purpose of helping people get where they're going, has fallen into
place. (I even redecorated a restaurant I worked at...in the fashion
industry, I guided my clients to their best look...it's been in
my blood a long time).
Now that we know for a fact that staged homes sell for more and
quicker than homes that are not staged, I wonder why every seller
isn't insisting on staging. I also wonder why all Real Estate Professionals
are not required to stage every listing as long as we have a fiduciary
responsibility to the client. For the buyer, if we decide on a clunker,
my team and I can help pull it together.
As 'Expeditor Extraordinaire', I've always urged my sellers to humor
me as we wash, wax, vacuum and polish that proverbial car to get
the best price. Now we have actual training to hone our skills and
direction, and even a designation to further promote and define
this concept. As the cleaning and staging and feng shui-ing continue,
it's like we're cleaning up the world for a more positive environment,
balance, harnony and better life for all.
As we continue to move thruout the world and inspire people, we
are fortunate to have our fearless leader, Barb Schwarz, to inspire
and encourage us.
We must continue to lift eachother up and clean up our environment,
cuz we know what the other way results in. There are 2 reasons we
are on earth: to serve, and to learn to love. Can you tell that
my Dad was a philosopher?
Committed to the best for all those I may encounter...

Sean Thatcher, ASP Realtor
After
10 years of running a successful computer network consulting and
ISP business, I started my career in real estate and I would
never turn back! I can honestly say that I have found my true
calling--there is a mix of people, relationships, technology, service,
and marketing that absolutely can't be beat! My background
in computers and media is second-to-none in the real estate industry.
As other agents are just trying to get introduced to computers,
the Internet, and what it can do for their clients and their business,
I utilize my expert skills practiced over the years to my clients'
ultimate advantage.
For
Sellers , I bring together form and function by
Staging Ò a home in order to highlight the property's
features while marketing it to the largest possible audience regionally
and even nationwide. A home that is exposed to and targeted
specifically to the highest number of potential buyers will have
the best opportunity to sell for the highest price.
For
Buyers , I bring a great deal of automation and thoroughness
to the home search process. I setup custom searches for each
and every client I work with. These searches are processed
without the buyer so much as having to lift a finger. Potential
properties are emailed to clients right after coming onto the market.
A buyer that sees a home first has the greatest chance to be successful
in having their dreams for a new home realized.
Having
grown up in the Seattle area for my entire life, I know most communities
and neighborhoods like the back of my hand. I have an intricate
knowledge of schools, businesses, traffic, growth patterns, demographics,
and of course--real estate trends!
Whether
you are looking to buy or sell, I will earn the right to become
your trusted real estate professional. My goal is to impress
you so much that you will freely tell your family, friends, co-workers,
and anyone you casually meet that you were completely satisfied
with the level of service you received from me, and you would happily
recommend my professional services to them.
I
will truly be your KEY to a successful
real estate transaction!

concerning their school. DuVal Productions "INTRANSIT" will link
youth together in various communities by broadcasting a live-on-tape
open forum on location at their school, church or community center.
DuVal

six to twelve months in advance. DuVal Productions staff and the
school or community leader hosting the show carefully select forum
topics. Area students complete surveys before each visit; youth
identify pressing issues such as the crime and violence now plaguing
our schools. Also, as an added bonus to the youth they will be provided
with musical entertainment by such popular names as Usher, Beyonce

After years
of working for a Fortune 500 company and other's entrepreneurial
ventures,
Kris decided to launch her own business and fulfill her own
dream.
"I knew that to be truly happy in what I do, I must combine my
experience with
my personal talents and interests." It was an easy choice
to combine years
of marketing and sales with many more years of "staging to live
and sell". Research led Kris to Stagedhomes.com, where she
was able to get the tools she needed to build Home Stages, Inc.,
a professional staging
firm, for
all stages of living. Home Stages has been providing
services to Northern Colorado since February of 2005. Kris'
goal is to educate the Realtors on the impact of staging prior to
hitting the MLS, instead of the "wait and see" philosophy.
Kris also plans to build the staging to live side of the business
to off-set the market's swings.
Kris and
her family relocated to Fort Collins just two and a half years ago.
Networking is critical to transitioning and to building new businesses.
Upon arrival to Fort Collins, Kris became active in the Chamber
of Commerce, is the President of their school's PTO, is on the Executive
Board of NC Delta Gamma Alumnae, and is the Co-President of the
newly formed Denver
Chapter of IAHSP.
When Kris is not Staging or fulfilling volunteer commitments, she
and her husband, John, are busy raising three wonderful daughters,
Allison, Katie, and Carly. The move to Colorado has not only
allowed the Clagetts to follow professional dreams, but more importantly
has allowed them to develop incredible quality family time through
favorite
activities
like skiing and golf.

Kent, ASP Realtor
Emily
grew up in Seattle's Laurelhurst neighborhood and returned to up-and-coming
West Seattle after graduating from Central Washington University.
A brief foray into the Public Health field ended when Emily-relatively
young or not-realized that today was the day to pursue her childhood
dream. She joined Windermere Real Estate three months later. And
she sold her first home 3 months after that. Since then, Emily has
helped her clients buy and sell properties all over Seattle-from
Greenlake to Seward Park-with her distinctive approach. Real estate,
she believes, is not rocket science. It is all about knowing the
market, listening to the client, and pounding the pavement (and
the MLS listing service) until the client is as happy as can be.
Emily describes herself as enthusiastic and full of integrity, but
the experiences of her former clients probably offer a better testament
to her unique character. They are so happy that they share their
experience with friends, and Emily gets to work with referred customers
almost one hundred percent of the time. Which means she uses her
unique skills working for the client, not looking for new clients.
Emily
runs her business as a Realtor and an ASP from the foundation of
honesty, integrity and professionalism. Whether you are buying
or selling your home Emily will be there to advise and support you
throughout the whole real estate process. Beginning with your search
and ending with the transferring of keys. She will listen to your
needs, have open communication and is committed to your satisfaction.
Emily believes that to achieve success in any profession one must
build relationships based on honesty, integrity and professionalism.
It is her hope that you can be successful with her in achieving
your real estate dreams.

I was born in Hollywood,
CA and grew up in Fremont, CA. I played football, wrested and pole
vaulted in High School. I then entered the United States Marine
Corps after High School. I was Security Forces in Sicily, Italy.
While in Sicily I learned Italian and I am still able to converse
in the language. I traveled
all around Europe and Africa and fell in love with the art, culture
and diversity of all the beautiful countries. The people that I
had an opportunity to meet while in the Marines were from around
the World and all of them had interesting perspectives on life.
After the Marines I went to college to get a degree in Management
and International Entrepreneurship with a concentration in Marketing.
I wrote a business plan for a company I was going to start in Chicago,
IL. Marketing and selling have always fascinated me, so I
got into the Tradeshow business while my wife and I were living
in Chicago, IL. I managed tradeshows for different Associations
across the nation. One of my favorite places to do a tradeshow was
Anchorage, Alaska because its pristine and beautiful topography.
Now, I finally started one of my life long dreams of starting and
owning a business. With my experience in
tradeshows, special events and designing interiors for corporate
spaces it seemed like a perfect fit. I
recently had a Staging job in Dublin, CA a 3,151 sq. ft. house.
It was totally vacant but my Staging Design
Team and turned it into an inviting space with balance and harmony.
Last Thursday June 2nd we had an
opportunity to showcase our Staging at the 1st Annual National Association
of Hispanic Real Estate
Professionals of Alameda County Dinner Gala. It was a great success.
I was able to relate to many Hispanic
Realtors being that I can speak Spanish also.
I think giving back is so important that we give 5% of our profits

DONOGH
HOME INTERIORS
Staged®
By Sandy
Sandy
Donogh, owner of Donogh Home Interiors and Staged by Sandy serves
the Greater Seattle, Eastside area Staging homes for sale and to
live.
FROM
"CURB APPEAL TO SOLD DEAL", Donogh Home Interiors Team Members offer
clients creative solutions to prepare their home for sale.
A
Staged Home stands out from its competition. It is more than clearing
the clutter and rearranging the furniture. It is equally about creating
a visual experience, from the moment a client drives up to the house,
that will appeal to the widest range of buyers, allowing customers
to mentally move into their new home.
Homes
Staged By Sandy feature the house's finer points, not the
furnishings. Too often a designer "over decorates" which does not
allow the client to " see" the house.
Sandy's
experience is in Residential Construction where she and her husband
owned Donogh Enterprises, Inc. for 25+ years. Sandy has worked behind
the scenes from Office
Administrator
to preparing completely furnished Model Homes in large subdivisions,
competing in the Pacific Northwest's fast paced market.
Most
recently, Sandy completed the supervision of building 15 quality
crafted homes under construction through to completion, sales, and
continued Builder Warranty Service. Professional Staging of these
homes was the Marketing Advantage that provided the launching point
to Donogh Home Interiors and Staged By Sandy.
Donogh
Home Interiors has an extensive inventory of accessories, linens
and fine furnishings that will add richness and warmth to your home,
should you need them.
From
Vignettes to completely furnished Model Homes in New Construction,
Donogh Home Interiors is available to Market your Home for Sale.
One
Day Re-Designs, Move-In and Shopping Services also available.

sell faster at or above the asking price. Hence she blends business

estate since 1982, first
as a salesperson and then obtaining her broker's license in 1990.
She has been
an associate broker with Coldwell Banker Hunt Kennedy since 1996,
before that she was in a small local office. Susan specializes
in co-ops and condos in Manhattan. The Manhattan market is especially
competetive and there are thousands of properties on the market
at any given time. A Realtor®
has to offer something besides the usual to her clients. Through
the years Susan has always tried to make her listings shine , but
until she learned about Staging
she didn't do it in an organized way. Susan has been Staging
her own properties and they are selling faster and for more money
