What is an ASPM

Before ~ This living area adjoining the kitchen was in a beautiful Waimea home that had been for sale for some time before we staged it.

After ~ What a difference staging makes! By use of colors, soft textures and updated furnishings the buyer can see what sort of delightful living space this area could be..... and it sold a short time after staging! The sellers were quite pleased.

Before ~ This bedroom gave us a blank slate and the opportunity to create a room with real appeal to a buyer.

After ~ We created a tranquil space that buyers could easily imagine themselves relaxing in. And most importantly the MLS pictures turned out beautifully, leading to more showings and the eventual sale.
