Question: I've already been Staging for years. How will this course help my business?

Answer: Consider the 3 Day ASP Staging Course an investment in your business... and a great marketing and networking opportunity! The marketing exposure alone is worth the investment.

As an ASP, you will be listed on the internet's #1 website for Staging with over 6,000,000 hits monthly. With our Network of ASPs worldwide, you'll be joining the industry's most widely recognized group of Professional Home Stagers and Real Estate Agents. And during class you will be meeting many local Real Estate Agents, who attend for continuing education in a one or two day format. These Real Estate Agents are a great referral source for future Staging income.

And the ASP designation is a powerful way to tell Real Estate Agents and homeowners in your community that you are a trained professional with the expertise to help them sell their home faster and for more money. You'll also be receiving key tips on how to hone your marketing skills, allowing you to improve and grow your business. And as part of your tuition you will be receiving many "ASP Exclusive" Staging tools and products to help you in your Staging profession.


Question: Are there any yearly fees to keep my designation current?

Answer: Your ASP designation, membership to the Staging University, Feature Page website, and year membership in IAHSP® are included in your course tuition. But you will need to renew your membership each year to be considered a current ASP and keep your IAHSP Membership active and to receive the benefits of an active membership. That fee is $255.00 a year.


Question: Can I take the class again at anytime as a refresher?

Answer: If you are an ASP with a current membership, you can retake any class at anytime for $79. We encourage you to take the class at least once a year to continue your education. We're always working to better the course material and a refresher will keep you updated on current trends and help you sharpen your marketing techniques.


Question: Is there a test I need to take to get the accreditation?

Answer: There is no written exam as part of the class. However, your "test" is actually successfully Staging a real house as a team. As long as you attend the full three days and participate, and successfully Stage under the supervision of your ASP trainer, StagedHomes will graduate you with the ASP designation!


Question: Are there any scholarships or financial aid for the course tuition?

Answer: Stagedhomes.com does have a Grant Program for those who qualify that helps save some money off the normal course tuition. You also have the option of paying half at the time of registration and the other half a few days before the class begins. If the class were to sell out more than a week before class, we would need to process the second payment to secure your place in class.


Question: If I sign up now, but need to cancel at a later time, is there a penalty?

Answer: You can reschedule any class prior to the course start date at no charge. Our company policy stipulates no refunds on paid tuition.
